All of Billy Talent’s confirmed dates are posted on the Our Shows page. If you haven’t already, you may also want to sign up to the mailing list as most dates and all BillyTalent.com presale information will be announced through the newsletter.
Although this is a service that we would love to be able to offer the community in the future, at this time we are unable to provide autographed pictures, merchandise or arrange to have an item signed by Billy Talent.
As you can imagine, Billy Talent has a very busy schedule. Although they would love to meet with everyone individually, that is just not possible. We hope you understand.
While the guys would love to help you out, their crazy schedule makes it next to impossible to schedule phone calls or guarantee that they’ll be able to read and reply to your email.
While Billy Talent is flattered that you want to send them stuff, we here at BillyTalent.com are unable to pass along anything that’s mailed or emailed to us.
No membership is required to buy tickets on this site. To purchase tickets, head over to the Tickets category in our Store just before the designated presale start time. Once the presale has started, you will see a “Buy” button appear. Click it, add the desired number of tickets to your cart and check out.
Because individual venues handle accessible seating in different ways, we don’t have a standard process for handling accessible seating requests. Sometimes we are able to handle accessible seating orders directly, and other times these requests must go through the box office directly. If you require accessible seating for a show, please contact us at tickets@BillyTalent.com.
The exact location of your seats will be emailed to you within two-to-three weeks of your ticket purchase. Seats are assigned on a first-bought, first-assigned basis and the first orders placed will generally get the best seats. Your receipt will list the general section and rows of the seats.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate ticket returns and transfers.
Send your fan photos to fanpics@BillyTalent.com and we’ll add them to our Fan Pics gallery. This includes concert photos, BT-related art, a photo of yourself wearing a BT shirt, really almost anything! And if you have a wicked BT tattoo you’d like to share with the community please send a photo of it to tattoo@BillyTalent.com so that we can add it to the Tattoo section.
